Overview
We're building a community of experienced clinicians to help evaluate and improve AI systems used across healthcare. As a Clinical Expert, you'll apply your real-world clinical experience to assess AI-generated content, validate medical reasoning, and provide expert feedback that helps make AI models more accurate, reliable, and useful in clinical settings.
This is a flexible, remote contract opportunity. Projects vary in scope and are assigned based on your expertise and availability, with opportunities to contribute to long-term AI research and development.
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated clinical content for medical accuracy, completeness, and adherence to evidence-based practice.
- Evaluate clinical reasoning across patient cases, diagnostic questions, treatment recommendations, and medical explanations.
- Provide clear, evidence-based feedback informed by your professional experience and current clinical guidelines.
- Create and validate expert reference answers used to benchmark AI model performance.
- Identify relevant clinical guidelines, medical literature, and trusted resources to support evaluation tasks.
- Share insights into real-world clinical workflows, decision-making, and standards of care.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow clinicians to improve the quality and reliability of healthcare AI systems.
What We're Looking For
- MD, DO, MBBS, or an equivalent medical degree.
- At least 2 years of clinical practice, healthcare, or medical research experience.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine, clinical decision-making, and current medical guidelines.
- Comfortable reviewing medical literature, clinical research, and professional healthcare resources.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in medical education, mentoring, research, or clinical training is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Contract and Payment Terms
- You'll be engaged as an independent contractor; projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded based on need and performance.
- Fully remote, completed on your own schedule.
- Rates are shown upfront per project.
- Payment is made on a per-project or scheduled basis for work delivered.
