About Wiingy's talent network

Join Wiingy AI's Healthcare and Life Sciences Expert Network to work with the frontier AI labs that rely on expert clinical and scientific judgment. This is an open application for future contract opportunities matched to your background - not a specific job posting. Complete your profile, pass our expert vetting, and you become eligible for healthcare and life-sciences projects as they open. We match experts to work on a rolling basis, so you apply once and stay connected to relevant opportunities as they arise.

About Wiingy projects

Experts in the healthcare network contribute to a range of work depending on the project:

  • Evaluating how frontier models handle clinical and life-sciences reasoning: diagnosis and management logic, mechanism of action, and interpretation of medical or experimental evidence.
  • Authoring reference answers, clinical rationales, and reasoning traces to a professional, guideline-consistent standard.
  • Generating and verifying training data for supervised fine-tuning (SFT), preference feedback (RLHF), and verifiable-reward (RLVR) work.
  • Flagging where model reasoning breaks: an unsafe recommendation, an invalid inference, an unsupported conclusion.
  • Stress-testing and red-teaming outputs for clinical safety and factual errors, and holding calibration against gold-standard items.

Projects vary in scope and duration, with typical commitments in the range of 10-20 hours per week. Each task is scoped, with its rate shown upfront, and you choose what to take on.

Who we're looking for

  • Professional or advanced credential in a healthcare or life-sciences field - for example MD, PharmD, RN, or a PhD/Master's in a life science (biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, neuroscience, bioinformatics, or related).
  • Working fluency with clinical guidelines, primary literature, or laboratory and computational methods in your area.
  • Strong scientific communication and the ability to write a tight, defensible rationale for a technical judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment.

Focus areas: Clinical medicine · Diagnosis and management · Pharmacology · Molecular biology · Biochemistry · Immunology · Neuroscience · Bioinformatics · Medicinal chemistry · Evidence interpretation · Medical safety · Scientific reasoning
