We match experts to work on a rolling basis, so you apply once and stay connected to relevant opportunities as they arise.
About Wiingy projects
Experts in the coding evaluator network contribute to a range of work depending on the project:
- Evaluating how frontier AI models solve programming problems across multiple languages, frameworks, and software engineering domains.
- Reviewing code for correctness, efficiency, readability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Authoring reference implementations, debugging solutions, test cases, and reasoning traces for complex programming tasks.
- Generating and verifying training data for supervised fine-tuning (SFT), preference feedback (RLHF), and verifiable-reward (RLVR) work.
- Identifying where model reasoning or code fails: incorrect algorithms, logical bugs, security vulnerabilities, edge-case failures, or unsupported assumptions.
- Stress-testing and red-teaming AI-generated code against expert-reviewed benchmark solutions.
Projects vary in scope and duration, with typical commitments in the range of 5–10 hours per week. Each task is scoped, with its rate shown upfront, and you choose what to take on.
